Ting BI · Demo

One view of your business, explained every month

Ting BI answers the questions separate dashboards can't — which channel brings the most profitable customers, which segments are worth most, what's growing, whether ad spend pays, and who to call next. Each month a Ting analyst explains what changed, with actions you tick off as you go.

Example company: Lotus & Pine Trading Ltd

Sells handmade homeware online to UK and EU customers. UK company · run from Kuala Lumpur · sister company in Singapore.

Monthly BI Review

Your Ting analyst explains what changed and what to do next. Tick actions off as you go — progress is reviewed next month.

Strong month — but Maison Lumière is now over a fifth of sales

Aisha, Ting analyst

Sales grew again, with Atelier Brandt and Nordhem both ordering more than last month. Two things to watch: Maison Lumière, your largest customer at over a fifth of sales, still has an invoice part-paid from three months ago. And the CRM pipeline is healthy — the Christmas gifting deal with Harbour & Home alone would cover January's costs.
