How you pay
Agreed upfront, paid securely, no surprises.
Packages: one agreed monthly price
For ongoing services, we agree your package and price first, then email you a secure Stripe checkout link. TingCloud is included with our accounting packages.
Projects: a deposit, then milestones
Each project is priced from a written quote based on the work involved. You pay a deposit to get started, then the rest in milestone payments as each stage is delivered, all set out in your quote and paid through a secure link.
Debit or credit card, safely
Pay by debit or credit card on Stripe's secure page. Your card details never reach Ting or TingCloud.
Extras and outside costs, billed separately
Services such as credit control management, payment runs or specialist transfer pricing review are separate fees, quoted before you take them up. Costs we pay on your behalf, such as advertising spend or government and registration fees, are billed separately. We don't charge extra for AI features.

Ting's own CIMA- and ACCA-qualified accountants, tax and marketing specialists do the work. Regulated work, such as tax filings, legal advice and statutory audit, goes through licensed local partners.

Nothing goes out without your approval
Filings, invoices, campaigns, reports and findings are approved by you, or by the person you choose, before they're sent, published or filed.
